Our designs are created in-studio by hand using our God-given talents. We follow the same design process we would use when working directly with an end client. However, we may occasionally use AI to enhance certain elements in order to create the most realistic images possible.
We continue to use trusted software commonly used throughout the design industry while also working alongside AI to help streamline our projects.

Do you offer customizations or revisions to Interior Collections?

Yes! Customizations to a design are billed at a separate hourly or structured packages rate. (See Interior Collections page on our website for more info). All Customization services are intended to adapt the design to the client’s space and lifestyle while preserving the integrity of the original design direction.

No. Due to the digital nature of this product, all sales are final. If you have any trouble downloading these products, please reach out to us so we can fix any issues that arise.

Full-service interior design is custom to your exact home, measurements,  layout, lifestyle, and construction needs. Our Interior Collections are best for  clients who want a professionally designed look with clear direction, while  still managing the purchasing and implementation process themselves.

Yes. Interior Collections are designed to provide a cohesive design vision that  can be adapted to many homes. You may need to adjust certain furniture sizes,  quantities, or placement based on your room dimensions and layout. 
For clients who need additional support, House of Jenn offers add-on services  such as minor revisions, moderate customizations, and full spatial rework to  help tailor the collection more closely to your space.

Because product availability can change, some items may become  discontinued, out of stock, or vary in price after the collection is released. If  this happens, you can source a similar item that matches the overall style,  scale, color, and design direction of the collection.
