  • No! Our designs are created in studio by hand using our God- given talents. We use the same process we would as though we were working with a direct end client.

    We first start by drawing up a floor plan in AutoCAD. Then transfer that layout to Sketchup, where we create a 3D model and then use Enscape 3D to render the photos.

    Rest assure, our concepts are professional, quality designs!

  • No, we do not offer customizations outsource our design services. We exclusively sell our designs. However, we are always evolving, so make sure stay updated with our website and social media as this is where announcement will be made.

  • Due to the digital nature of this product, all sales are final. If you have any trouble downloading these products, please reach out to us so we can fix any issues that arise.

  • Yes! Once you purchase the product, you can tailor this design to meet the personal requirements of your home.

  • No, our products are entirely digital, once you purchase a design concept it should download straight to your computer. No shipping is involved in the purchase.

  • Yes! We provide walkthroughs of each space on our YouTube Channel, so you can see the full design before you purchase!

  • Each Design Concept Kit comes with 4 PDF’s”, you will receive

    • Design Boards (A layout of each space including furnishings, paint colors, fixtures, lighting & decor for each space)

    • 3D Renderings (At least 3-4 rooms or more of each space unless it is a small space then 1-2 renderings)

    • Purchase Sheet (Itemized list of all furnishings, fixtures, finishes & decor throughout the space. *Please not our designs only include selected plumbing fixtures and do not include sections regarding architectural details, millwork, or appliances even if they may be displayed in the renderings.)

    • The Design Notebook (A curated notebook featuring notes and tips from the designer on what to keep in mind as you re-create this look. As well as information on types on the different types of finishes and products to keep in mind as you tailor this design to meet your personal needs and space).
