Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all purchases and use of services provided by House of Jenn (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our website, design services, digital products, or any related offerings (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you should discontinue use of our Services immediately.

1. Services Overview

House of Jenn provides interior design services, including but not limited to design collections, space planning, 3D renderings, design boards, product sourcing, and curated design documentation.

Interior Collections are pre-designed digital products that may include design direction, renderings, sourcing lists, and design documentation.

All Services are offered as described on the website or within individual client agreements. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any Service at any time without notice.

Additional services may be offered separately and include minor adjustments, moderate customizations, and full spatial rework. Any items, deliverables, or requests not explicitly listed in the Collection description are considered out of scope.

2. Digital Product Nature

All Interior Collections are digital design products delivered electronically. No physical goods are shipped. Due to the immediate initiation of creative work, all sales are final upon purchase.

3. Payments

Full payment or an agreed deposit is required before any design work begins. Payments must be completed in accordance with the pricing outlined at checkout or in your service agreement.

All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.

Failure to submit payment may result in delayed or suspended services.

4. Refund Policy

All purchases are subject to our Refund Policy. By agreeing to these Terms, you acknowledge that:

  • No refunds are issued once an Interior Collection has been purchased. 

  • No refunds are issued on additional design services once work has begun. 

  • For hourly services, including full spatial rework, clients are only charged for time actually used. Any unused prepaid hours may be refunded. Time is tracked at the sole discretion of House of Jenn based on internal project records and allocations. 

  • For flat-rate services, no refunds will be issued once work begins. 

  • Dissatisfaction with design outcomes does not constitute grounds for a refund. 

Client approval of any design direction, deliverable, or presentation constitutes final acceptance of that phase.

5. Scope of Work

Each Interior Collection includes a defined scope of deliverables. Any work outside of this scope is considered additional service and will require separate billing.

We reserve the right to define, adjust, or clarify scope boundaries to ensure project integrity and quality of work.

6. Revisions & Customization

Revisions are included only within the scope of the purchased Collection or agreed service package.

Additional revisions, customization requests, or design changes beyond the original scope may be billed separately as hourly or flat-rate services.

Design outcomes are interpretive and based on professional judgment. Exact replication of a client’s vision is not guaranteed.

7. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information required to complete design work, including but not limited to:

  • Measurements and spatial details (when applicable) 

  • Photos of the space 

  • Design preferences and reference material 

  • Timely feedback and approvals 

Delays in client communication or provision of required materials may result in project pauses or timeline extensions. Project timelines will be adjusted accordingly.

8. Timelines

Project timelines are estimates and may vary depending on scope, revisions, and client responsiveness. House of Jenn is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete information or delayed client feedback.

9. Intellectual Property

All designs, renderings, documents, and materials created by House of Jenn remain the intellectual property of House of Jenn unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Clients receive a personal, non-transferable license for use of delivered materials for their own space only.

Reproduction, resale, or distribution of any materials is strictly prohibited.

House of Jenn reserves the right to display non-confidential project work in portfolio, marketing, and promotional materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

10. Limitation of Liability

House of Jenn is not responsible for:

  • Construction or renovation execution outcomes 

  • Contractor errors or implementation issues 

  • Third-party vendor performance 

  • Costs exceeding client budgets 

All design recommendations are conceptual and must be verified before execution.

11. Dispute Resolution

By purchasing, the client agrees to first contact House of Jenn directly to resolve any concerns prior to initiating any payment disputes or chargebacks.

By purchasing any Interior Collection or service from House of Jenn, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions in full.
