Refund Policy
All House of Jenn Interior Collections are digital design products. Due to the digital nature of the product and the immediate allocation of studio resources upon purchase, all sales are final. No refunds are issued once a Collection has been purchased.

Additional Design Services
Interior Collections include a defined set of deliverables such as design direction, renderings, sourcing, and design documentation.
Any additional requests for customization, revisions, or further design assistance—including minor adjustments, moderate customizations, or full spatial rework—are considered separate design services and may be billed either on an hourly or flat-rate basis.

Hourly Services (Including Full Spatial Rework)
For full spatial rework or any design services billed on an hourly basis, clients are only charged for time actually used. Any unused prepaid hours may be refunded.
Time is tracked at the sole discretion of House of Jenn based on internal project records and time allocation.
Any hours already worked, rendered, reserved, or allocated are strictly non-refundable.

Flat-Rate Design Services
For flat-rate design services related to minor adjustments or moderate customizations, no refunds will be issued once work begins.
“Work begins” includes but is not limited to: research, concept development, sourcing, planning, or any internal design allocation.

Design Subjectivity & Approval
By purchasing, the client acknowledges and agrees that interior design is a creative and subjective service.
Dissatisfaction with aesthetic outcome, design interpretation, or stylistic direction does not constitute valid grounds for a refund.
Client approval of any design direction, deliverable, or presentation constitutes final acceptance of that phase of work.
Design outcomes are interpretive and based on professional judgment. Exact replication of any client vision, reference image, or expectation is not guaranteed.

Project Initiation & Service Activation
All services are considered initiated immediately upon payment confirmation. This includes internal planning, scheduling, design allocation, and conceptual development.
Because resources are reserved and work begins immediately, refunds are not available after purchase.

Client Communication & Delays
Clients are responsible for providing timely responses, approvals, and required materials.
Delays in communication or incomplete information may result in project pauses. Timelines will be adjusted accordingly, and House of Jenn is not responsible for delays caused by client responsiveness.
Failure to engage or respond for an extended period does not qualify for refunds or cancellations.
Scope & Interpretation
Each Interior Collection includes a defined scope of work as outlined on the website or service agreement.
Any item not explicitly included is considered out of scope and billed separately.
House of Jenn reserves the sole right to interpret, define, and clarify scope boundaries to maintain design integrity and project consistency.

Dispute Resolution
By purchasing, the client agrees to first contact House of Jenn directly to resolve any concerns prior to initiating any payment disputes, chargebacks, or third-party claims.
Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes initiated without prior communication constitute a breach of agreement.

Agreement
By completing a purchase with House of Jenn, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to this Refund Policy in full.
